Return Period

We offer a 28-day return policy, giving you 28 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. The cost of the item will be refunded to you minus shipping unless damaged.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will address the issue promptly to ensure you are satisfied. We will provide you with the labels necessary if its our fault or reimburse you for shiopping.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and then make a new purchase once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

When Will I Be Refunded?

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it can take our returns team up to 15 working days to process your return. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the return is processed. After this, your refund will be issued within 5 working days. Please allow the following time for the funds to appear in your account:

  • Paypal refunds: Up to 5 working days
  • Credit / Debit card refunds: Typically within 10 working days, but it may take longer depending on your provider
