Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked Services to ensure your items arrive safely with full tracking:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.99 (delivery within 2-3 business days)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99 (delivery within 1-2 business days)
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Failed Deliveries
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local delivery office.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
